From the intimate historic Library to the State Dining Room, the grand Scots-Baronial Victorian Ballroom to the impressive gardens, our rooms and outdoor spaces allow you to design a wedding that is memorable for your family and guests.

Covering 2,500 acres of the estate, the landscaped gardens were established in the 18th century creating beautiful and tranquil surroundings to compliment the castle, perfect for your wedding photography.

If you’re looking to have your wedding outdoors or a combination of romantic interiors and spectacular gardens, Blair Castle’s Gardens and Grounds provide the perfect venue for you, and your guests, to take in the stunning backdrop of the Highlands.

For a more intimate wedding in a memorable venue, Atholl Estates offers beautiful Highland Lodges set in breath-taking countryside. Each offers extensive garden space with incredible views across Perthshire. Our lodges sleep up to 18 guests, with a capacity for fifty guests with the addition of a marquee.

Their flawless management of the logistics before and on the day meant everything ran smoothly without a hitch. We were lucky to have a sunny and outdoor wedding by the West Lawn, and in anticipating this, they were able to supply parasols and water bottles for our guests, which we hadn’t planned for. Amazing wedding day!
Our wedding at Blair Castle on 20th July 2024 was absolutely amazing! The team were brilliant from start to finish. Karen was really helpful and responsive throughout and Lesley who coordinated on the day was amazing, you could tell she really cared about making our day special and it really was! The location is amazing and we also loved the lodges that we and some of our guests stayed in, which were on the estate. Everything went so smoothly and all our guests had a great time. I would highly recommend Blair Castle as a place to have your wedding!
